PARIDIS engage in the creation of a new active, mixed and urban district. The project seeks to transform a monofunctional site into a new heart of the district.
28 000 m² workspace, 18 000 m² housing, 36 500 m² commercial space, 13 500 m² leisure and restaurant, and 7 000 m² cultural facilities combining different architectural language around a project makes new networks of soft mobility, new public spaces, open-air parks and gardens accessible to all.
